The hosts provided outstanding service, always eager to help and make recommendations. The location was serene yet conveniently close to key attractions, allowing for peaceful nights after exploring. The breakfast spread was not only fresh but also a delightful experience, particularly the superb coffee. the room quality suffered due to noise from the street, and there was a lack of air circulation, making it feel stuffy.

missingWrote a review on 19 Octunique decorconvenient locationpoor insulation
The decor carried a unique quirkiness, giving the place character, and the proximity to the west end made it convenient for exploring. Breakfast lay out came with ample choices, setting a pleasant start to the day.
The noise insulation in the room fell a bit short, making it a concern about disturbing other guests late at night. no fridge in the room meant keeping drinks cool was out of the question, which could be a hassle if you're parched after a long day's adventure.

The accommodations were cozy and well-decorated, with a lovely breakfast setting each morning. While the room was spacious, the bathroom lighting could be brighter for better visibility. the lack of a fridge made it less convenient to keep drinks chilled after a long day out. Great for a short stay or a romantic getaway.

a beautiful and stylish hotel, super clean and cosy. the hosts, may and david, were really helpful and made us feel welcome, always there for a chat. our room had this amazing jacuzzi bath which was perfect after roaming around edinburgh all day. loved that the location was quiet yet super close to attractions. breakfast was a lovely start to the day with fresh coffee and pastries.
the window in the room was a bit hard to open at night, and it got stuffy. also, a small fridge would have been helpful to keep drinks cool.
